Each sheet has space for eight contacts (four per side) with room for name, address, phone number, email and notes. Fill in the form or simply slide a business card into the notched four corners. (Use two notches per card to insert business cards on both sides of the sheet.) Combine with the SmartDate™ A-Z Index Tabs for a complete system.
