We love product reviews when we’re shopping for things. So we’re really excited to have this feature on the simplify 101 site and hope you’ll share your opinions and experiences so other shoppers can hear what you think. The product review feature is for simplify 101 customers who purchased the products directly from simplify 101 instead of another retailer. Why? We believe a customer's review is based on the entire shopping experience --- the product quality, how well or accurate the product is described on the website as well as the service provided by the seller. It is this overall experience we would love our customers to share.
When reviews are submitted, they may not appear immediately in the product listing in order to review them for compliance with this policy. All fair and honest reviews from our customers will be posted exactly as written. Rest assured we will never edit or manipulate a product review --- whether it is a positive comment or one that hurts just a bit. ;)

| workshop cancellation policy |

We’re very confident our workshops work, so we stand by them. If you decide our workshops aren’t your cup of tea, we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund. The specifics are as follows:
- For a single lesson workshop, you must request a refund prior to the release of the lesson materials.
- For a two-, three-, or four-lesson workshop, you must request a refund prior to the release of the second lesson.
- For workshops with five or more lessons, you must request a refund prior to the release of the third lesson.
- If there is an exception to this policy, it will be noted on the sales page for the specific workshop or product.

Gift Certificate Terms + Conditions are as follows:
- Gift Certificates must be redeemed through the simplify 101 website and may be used to purchase any products or services provided by simplify 101.
- Orders that exceed the amount of a Gift Certificate require the remaining balance to be paid by credit card or PayPal.
- After using a Gift Certificate, any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Certificate account.
- Gift certificates cannot be used or redeemed towards previous purchases, nor can they be redeemed for cash value.
- Discounts and promotional offers may not be used to purchase a Gift Certificate.
- Gift Certificates do not have an expiration date.
- The simplify 101 return policy does not apply to Gift Certificates. However, the return policy does apply to purchases made with Gift Certificates.

To navigate our website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, just send us an email - we'd be happy to help! |
| Is the simplify 101 site secure? |

Yes - the simplify 101 shopping cart uses 128 bit encryption. This occurs during the checkout phase - when you begin to enter your information. When you proceed to checkout, you'll notice that your browser will begin to display the lock symbol, which will look something like this:
The lock symbol will vary in appearance and location, depending upon your browser. It's usually displayed on the right side of your address bar. To gain further info about the site's security, simply click on the lock symbol during the checkout process.
