This workshop has helped my reshape my focus in life. It's helped me take passing thoughts of "I should do this" and turn them into concrete goals. It's helped me realize what's really important to me and how to make that happen. The overwhelmingness of needing change but not knowing where or how to start has been replaced with actionable steps and a sense of accomplishment for taking the first steps.

In Create a Life You Love, I will share with you the FUNdamentals of setting and achieving your goals so you can create a life you love. If you’ve been longing for something more or different in your life, but you aren’t sure how to get from here to there (or you aren’t really even sure where there is) then this workshop is for you. In four inspiring lessons, with both written and audio content, I’ll show you how to get excited about your life again and take powerful steps toward creating a life that’s even better.

I felt that my dream life wasn't as far away up on that hill with the castle as I imagined. I really have a very wonderful life already, what a beautiful gift to learn! The hardest step I need to take in achieving my dreams is to simply take action. That has been very powerful for me.

Learn how to dream. As crazy as this may sound, many of us have forgotten how to dream! Faced with the realities of the “real world” dreaming about what we truly want is becoming a lost art. In this workshop you’ll learn how to free yourself from anything that’s holding you back from allowing yourself to dream, which is the first step in creating a life you love.
Learn how to turn your dreams into goals. Find out how to create an effective goal statement for all the key areas of your life. Plus, learn how to make your goal statements super compelling so you can’t help but take action on them!
Learn how to make it happen! Find out how to turn your goals into simple action steps and begin taking action on your goals during the workshop. With the support and encouragement of your instructor and the workshop’s online community, you’ll be well on your way to creating a life you love before the workshop ends.
Learn how to track your progress and celebrate your achievements. Monitoring your progress and celebrating your victories are keys to making goal-setting and accomplishment of those goals a habitual part of your life.
