Doing Aby's paper clutter class really helped get me managing my paper so much better. You don't realise how much 'paper clutter' comes into your home. So many great ideas on systems to keep everything under control. And being part of the forum gives you other ideas from participants I will be doing this workshop again to further streamline my paper organisation

By Far the Best Way to Organize Paper |

I was drowning in paper before taking this class. I read book after book, set up system after system and failed to maintain them each time. I didn't know that paper comes in basic categories that can all be dealt with in customized ways. Aby's system is by far the best out there. She takes you step by step through figuring out how to organize your paper FOR YOU. No more confusing systems, "lost" documents and files that are "black holes". This has completely changed my life!

This workshop gave me a new perspective on paper. After following Abys easy step by step process of dealing with paper, I feel free from my paper clutter.
I think one of the most valuable tools of the workshop was the forum, loaded with relevant topics, great discussions and support from Aby and the other classmates. And I loved the photos shared in the gallery.
This workshop was truly life changing for me. Paper no longer brings me anxiety nor do I dread it. I have systems in place and have developed lifelong habits for handling my paper. I highly recommend this workshop.

Paper clutter workshop |

The Paper Clutter workshop has made a huge difference in my life, and I think it has saved me much more money than the course cost! Having a "destination" for every piece of paper that comes into my home is great, so it doesn't have to sit on the kitchen counter!
We learned to slow down the inflow of paper, to sort it as Action, Reference, or Archive paper, and set up the systems we need within each of those categories. For everyone those will be a little different, so Aby suggests different options and tells the pro's and con's of each.
The workshop helped me to learn how long I need to keep things, where to store important documents, what I need to shred vs. what I can simply recycle.
Having the process so nicely broken down into weekly lessons and assignments kept it from being overwhelming, and the daily check-in really helped my new habits to gel. It's a great class. I wish I'd taken it 30 years ago!

From Piles to Files |

This class helped me eliminate my tendency to pile papers on any horizontal surface and develop a better system for tracking my papers requiring an action.
Another wonderful feature of the Simplify 101 workshops is the support found in the online forum. Participants, as well as Aby, offer ideas on your dilemmas, support on your struggles and successes and their own ideas on how to adapt the lessons.
